Talked to a few people this week who admitted to pasting confidential docs into a public chat tool because the sanctioned internal one is slower and worse. This isn’t a compliance failure, it’s a design failure. People will always find the path with the least friction. If the governed tool has more friction than the ungoverned one, you’ve built the incentive to go around it yourself.
