Re-read the Meadows bathtub explanation for the third time this year. Stock and flow is such a simple idea and I still catch myself forgetting it mid-meeting. Someone proposes a fix that adjusts the inflow, and the actual problem was the outflow the whole time. Drawing the two arrows on a whiteboard before any solutioning conversation should be mandatory.
